Intervelocity gives you insight into your workouts over time. Compare your performance for periods of time (7, 30, 90 days, etc)
Other apps and services might show you how you compare to prior months, years, etc but Intervelocity is different. Rather than track a month, for example, we track the most recent 30 days. Your data is always relevant rather than only towards the end of the month or if a month has fewer days. We show you the most recent periods and the three prior periods for greater insight.
